BOXATHLETICS CHALLENGE 2024
The Boxathletics Challenge is a competition open to everyone, which will take place at CrossFit Turku on Saturday 2 November 2024.
The competition takes place in the general series for women and men. The sports challenge even the most experienced competitor, but if you have the basics well under your belt, you can do well with less competition experience. Everyone performs 3-4 events during the race day and the best 8 get to the final. The winners will be offered a one-year sponsorship contract with Boxathletics as a prize, and all participants will receive a goodie bag containing a Boxathletics t-shirt.

- 08.15: check-in
- 08.30: event briefingi (SALI 3)
- 09.25: Event 1 – “Seven Hill Intervals” (SALI 1)
- 11.15: Event 2 – “Across Broad Time” (SALI 3)
- 13.30: Event 3 & 4 – “Master the Basics” & “The Major Lift” (SALI 1)
- n. 15.30: Finalistien julkistus + finaalin briiffi (SALI 1)
- 16.00: Finaali – “Short and Intense” (SALI 1)
