General

You can shop in our online store around the clock. If you have any questions about delivery methods, products or payment methods, please contact us before ordering.

All our prices include VAT of 24% and the prices are stated in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel the transaction or make price changes if the ordered product or its price does not correspond to the actual market price due to, for example, a technical error in the online store or human error.

We reserve the right to change prices and conditions. When ordering, the customer agrees to these terms of delivery.

Delivery time

The delivery time of the order is determined by the delivery times of the products and the selected payment and delivery methods. We usually start processing the order the next business day after the order arrives, and therefore the delivery time for products in stock is 3-7 days and with order products 2-3 weeks depending on the delivery location .

We will notify the customer directly of delivery delays. If you do not receive an order confirmation within two (2) business days of ordering, please contact us via email at hq@boxathletics.store in case of possible technical problems.

The given delivery times are estimates of delivery times and do not bind the seller. Boxathletics is not responsible for damages and/or additional costs incurred by the customer if the delivery is delayed.

Delivery methods

You can see the delivery options when completing the order. The availability of delivery methods is limited by weight. The delivery methods available per order are automatically displayed in the shopping cart and the prices are also automatically calculated.

If some of the products in the order are made-to-order products, your order will have to wait for them until the product is available. If necessary, we can deliver the products found in the warehouse separately, and the rest of the products will be delivered by post-delivery. In this case, the customer will be charged a fee for subsequent delivery according to the actual delivery costs. If you are interested in post-delivery, please contact us and include the order number.

The products are sent for 7.90 with postage.

We deliver orders over €99 free of postage.

Pickup

Pickup is always free. You can pick up the order from the CrossFit Turku gym at Raunistulantie 15. Take your order number with you when you come to pick up your order. Tuesdays 18:00-18:15. For pick-up orders, we pack the order ready, so this is the easiest and cheapest delivery method for those who live in the same town.

Tariff

The product is sold at the price indicated on the online store page at the time of ordering. Boxathletics reserves the right not to sell the product at a price that has been incorrectly updated in the online store for technical reasons or whose purchase price has changed. In such a case, Boxathletics will contact the customer before processing the order and canceling the deal is possible.

On the website, the prices are sales prices with value added tax, VAT 24%.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within two (2) business days of ordering, please contact us via email at hq@boxathletics.store in case of possible technical problems.

Payment methods

Online store orders can be paid with the following payment methods: payment in an online bank or by card, mobile pay or OP invoice. In connection with each payment method, you will see a possible additional price for that payment method. We reserve products for an unpaid order for a maximum of 7 days, after which the products can be purchased by anyone.

Some payment methods may require registration Boxathletics' or a third party's customer register. The terms of use of external service providers can be found on each service provider's own website.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Returns

Faultless purchases have a 14-day exchange and return right , which is counted from the moment of receiving the goods. The cost of the return is paid by the customer .

If you notice something to complain about in the product, notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Check the received shipment carefully. We replace defective products with a new product. According to the law, we are responsible for latent defects that appear during use.

If the product is damaged during transport, contact your post office and the merchant immediately.

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution.

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service ( www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi ).

Return instructions

Returns have to be agreed with the seller first. Before returning the products, please make sure that the products are in salable condition, unopened and have not been washed or otherwise used.

In cases of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used

Returns in accordance with the delivery conditions are subject to a fee.

Please attach the following information to the order:

  • Personal information: name, address and phone number.
  • The order number can be found both on the receipt and in the order confirmation sent to the e-mail.
  • Reason for return (optional information). We cannot demand a reason for the return, but we want to improve our operations and would like to hear why the return is made. This way we can serve our customers better in the future.

If you are able to deliver either an order confirmation or a receipt with the order, we will see all the necessary information except for the information needed for the payment refund. By giving us the most accurate information possible, you help us process the return and speed up the processing of the matter.
