Delivery Time

The delivery time of an order is determined by the delivery times of the products and the chosen payment and delivery methods and delivery location. Typically, we process orders on the next business day after receiving them. Consequently, the delivery time for products in stock is 3-7 days, and for custom order items, it is 2-3 weeks.

In case of delays in deliveries, we will inform the customer directly. If you do not receive an order confirmation within two (2) business days of placing the order, please contact us by email at info@boxathletics.store in case of any potential technical issues.

The provided delivery times are estimates and are not binding on the seller. Boxathletics is not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs incurred by the customer if the delivery is delayed.

Delivery Methods

We offer a variance of delivery methods that can be selected at the counter. The availability of delivery methods is restricted based on weight and location. Available delivery methods for each order are automatically displayed in the shopping cart, along with automatically calculated prices.

If some items in your order are custom orders, your order will be on hold until those items are available. If needed, we can deliver the available in-stock items separately, and the remaining items will be delivered as backorders. In such cases, the customer will be charged for the actual shipping cost of the backorder. If you are interested in a backorder, please contact us and include your order number.

Products in Finland are shipped with a €7.90 postage fee.

Orders over €99 are delivered without any postage charges.
