Boxathletics organizes a workshop for CrossFit & Weightlifting enthusiasts of all levels at the CrossFit 8000 facilities in Espoo on 04.05. at 15-17 .
You can sign up for either a CF workout or a weightlifting workout (the workouts are at the same time in the CF8000 premises).
CrossFit training is led by Boxathletics athlete Marika Seppälä. On the other hand, Boxathletics athlete Saara Retulainen leads the weightlifting training.
